Hobo Bag with Cables

A few months ago, a friend’s daughter asked if I would knit her a bag. She really didn’t have many requirements, she just wanted to a blue knit bag.

Now, I’m pretty picky about who I knit for, but her mother is on my “knit-worthy” list, and she is a delightful young lady, so I figured that I would give it a go.

I decided to make the Hobo Bag with Cables, out of Brown Sheep Lanaloft Worsted in Sky Blue.

The yarn worked out nicely and the bag was a super quick project (yay for a break from sock yarn on tiny needles).

The recipient’s birthday is coming up this month, so I’m waiting until then to give it to her. Hopefully, she likes it.
